Terms of Use of the Martell.gr Website
- Introduction and Acceptance of Terms Welcome to the Martell.gr website (hereinafter “the Website”). Every visitor or user of the Website must read and carefully study these terms of use before visiting or using it. In case of disagreement, they must not use the Website and the services offered through it. Browse the Website and/or using its services implies the unconditional acceptance of these terms of use. These terms of use apply to the entire content and services of the Website. Martell.gr reserves the right to unilaterally modify or renew these terms of use at any time, without prior notice, by informing users through the Website. Continued use of the Website after any modifications means the unconditional acceptance of the modified terms.
- User Obligations The visitor/user of the Website is obliged to comply with the rules of Greek, European, and International Law and the relevant legislation governing telecommunications and to refrain from any illegal and abusive use of the content and services of the Website.
